Bungie has released Hotfix 3.3.0.1 which adds cross-platform voice chat functionality to Destiny 2. The hotfix also nerfs the new Season of the Lost weapon, Lorentz Driver.
The developers have enabled cross-play in Season 15 and while you can play with your buddies on different platforms, you were originally unable to talk to them via voice chat.
The recent hotfix has added that functionality, but keep in mind that the devs are still ironing out some issues on Xbox. As of now, the Xbox Privacy settings and mute lists are not working.
Aside from that, the Lorentz Driver has been nerfed a little bit in the Crucible. You see, its exotic perk, The Lagrangian Sight, not only marks enemies thanks to its automated targeting system, but it also adds bonus ability energy and bonus attack damage via telemetry patterns that can drop when killing a marked opponent.
That said, when targeting an enemy with the new Fusion Rifle, they will be tagged with a navpoint and tell you their position even if they hide behind obstacles. Apparently, the devs found this to be too problematic in PvP.
To address this, the devs have removed the application of navpoints in the Crucible. Keep in mind that targeted enemies will still drop telemetry patterns and this does not affect PvE.
