Season 9 of Diablo III is ending soon, so make sure you’ve farmed your heroes and collected all the legendary items your little hell spawn can carry. If you haven’t already started leveling your Monk or Witch Doctor to level 70, you only have a few weeks left.
Diablo III Season 9 ends March 17, 8 p.m. EST. and Season 10 starts March 31 at 8 p.m. EST.
Even after the end of the season, your hero will keep all of its experience, gold, gear, artisan levels, blood shards, crafting recipes, stash recipes and achievements. If you’ve been playing Hardcore, your rewards will be different than those playing on Normal.
If you reach level 70 on a hero, you’ll unlock exclusive chest and gloves transmogrification appearances. Visit Miriam the Mystic and open the Transmogrification tab to change your appearance. You can also earn player portraits and an exclusive cosmetic pet by completing various chapters of the Season’s Journey.
Diablo III fans are eagerly awaiting their necromancer overlords to come and drag them into the crypt, but need something else to tide them over in the meantime. I’ve been playing the shit out of this game with my girlfriend, killing zombies and collecting loot. As long as we go the long way around the map, everything is super fun. She gets mad if we miss a corner that could include a chest full of blue halberds.
