Patch 7.32 for Dota 2 has finally arrived and as usual, it brings interesting changes to the game. New neutral items have been added, which is sure to affect the gameplay. But that also means we say goodbye to some neutral items.
Tier 1
There are three Tier 1 items added and they seem intriguing. The Seeds of Serenity adds 100 health to the user and an active effect that gives +8 health regeneration to all allied units for 14 seconds. This should be good news to those having trouble with their lanes.
Another Tier 1 item is the Occult Bracelet . In addition to giving +5 to all stats, it also has a passive effect, Rites of Eloshar. It gives the wearer a stock of 0.5 mana regeneration each time the wearer is attacked for up to five stacks.
The last one is Lance of Pursuit which adds 200 mana and a passive effect.
Tier 2
Among the three new Tier 2 items added is the Eye of the Vizier. It gives the user a +125 cast range but decreases max mana by 20%. If you're the type that wants to attack, look for the Dagger of Ristul which gives a +10 attack speed. It also has an active ability known as Imbrue which temporarily gives +40 attack damage at the expense of 100 health.
The third Tier 2 item added is the Specialist's Array. It gives +8 to all stats and +10 attack damage. Its passive ability is Crackshot which has the hero’s next attack fire projectiles at two additional targets within attack range. However, this is only for ranged heroes and won't proc attack modifiers.
Tier 3
For Tier 3, only one new item is added called the Ogre Seal Totem. It gives a massive +12 strength and an active ability, Ogre Seal Flop, which lets the hero flop forward like an Ogre Seal twice while dealing 150 damage and slowing down enemies in a 225 radius by 10% for a second on each bounce.
Tier 4
While no new Tier 4 items were added, players should be happy to know that Havoc Hamme r is back. Hopefully, we get to see if the pros will use it in the new meta.
