It’s been a long time but Meek Mill has finally responded to Drake’s “Back To Back” diss track with something of substance. This time, it’s a 4-song preview of his long anticipated Dreamchasers 4 mixtape, an EP called 4/4 where he brings back his original Dreamchasers techniques.

Meek sticks to his own style and is out for redemption in “Pray For Em,” “Gave Em Hope,” “FBH,” and "I'm Da Plug." The energy reminds me of early Dreamchasers when he first signed with MMG, a sound we haven’t heard from the Philly-rapper in awhile.

He could be talking about Drake in “Give Em Hope," possibly refering to the fact Drake has been nominated for a Grammy for “Back To Back.”

“Let them niggas have the Grammy’s we got the streets / We rich already / And my chick the baddest.”

Jahlil Beats provides solid production on "FBH," the same producer behind Meek Mill's breakout hit "I'm a Boss" featuring Rick Ross. Meek even reminds fans of the MMG single, "B.M.F. (Blowin Money Fast)" on the hook.

“When you came from nothing, fuck being humble."

Meek directly responds to Drake’s “Back To Back” verse in “I’m Da Plug Freestyle."

“Was that my girl tour or the world tour?/ I do not know what you pussy niggas goin' for/ This that 100k a night when you perform tour/ Swimmin' in that good pussy while you on tour”

Meek uses a delivery similar to "Dreams and Nightmares" in "Pray For Em." He clearly calls out Drake's popular song, "Started From The Bottom," implying Drizzy didn't actually come up from nothing.

"OGs see me comin' through and they say, "That's a baller" / That's a nigga really started from the bottom really in that order."
