There are a lot of useful items in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree and the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is one of them.

This particular talisman is an upgrade to the Green Turtle Talisman. It is a significantly better piece of equipment without any real disadvantages. Getting the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is also relatively simple.

This guide helps players learn how to get the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.

The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman

This particular talisman is a new item added with the release of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion. It has an effect where it greatly increases a player's stamina recovery speed, which is very useful for a lot of things.

One thing to note about this item is that you cannot equip it alongside the regular Green Turtle Talisman because it is a direct upgrade to it.

The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is better in every way and only weighs 0.3 more than its base version, according to Game Rant.

The base Green Turtle Talisman increases a player's stamina recovery by 17.7%. But the upgraded version grants the same effect but by 22.5%. This is a roughly 20% increase in stamina recovery between the two items.

Finding the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman

In order to get the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman, players will have to start at Castle Front and go south following the road down to the Ellac River Cave site of grace. Once there, you will have to go north past all the enemies to get to a room.

This room will have four tentacle enemies guarding the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman that you either need to defeat or ignore. The item itself is found inside a corpse on the boulder located at the end of the cave, Kotaku said.

The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is very useful for players who have a playstyle that relies a lot on blocking with their shields or dodge rolling. This is because of the amount of stamina that these actions in particular consume.

There are a lot of talismans in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree that increase HP and FP, such as the Crimsom Amber Medallion +3 and the Cerulean Amber Medallion +3, respectively. However, players have been waiting for an item that would give them more stamina without putting points into Endurance.

Fortunately, that particular gap is something that the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman fills in nicely with its very powerful effect, according to Hardcore Gamer.
