February officially begins today and that means there’s a lot of new activities in Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. It’s been more than a year since wizards from around the world have been asked to help. But it seems that whoever is behind the Calamity remains a mystery. Even worse, it seems that Harry Potter himself has no idea of what caused the rise in the anomalies.
Like in previous months, we have a Brilliant Event that’s divided into two parts. Of course, there’s Community Day too!
Adversaries Events
The first event arriving this month, however, is the Adversaries Event. It starts February 6 at 2:00 PM ET and ends on February 8 at 2:00 PM ET. If you’re not familiar with the Adversaries Feature, you can read more about it here.
It’s basically a PvE event where wizards have the chance to test their skills against some of the villains in the Harry Potter universe. Back in January, for example, it was against the Ancient Hungarian Horntail. This month, it looks like the “secret” is out of the chamber as everyone will go against both Gilderoy Lockhart and Salazar Slytherin’s Basilisk.
But wait there’s more! There are actually two Adversaries Events this month, and both are related to the first one. Event 2 starts February 16 at 2:00 PM ET and lasts until February 18 at 2:00 PM ET. If you beat Lockhart and the Basilisk, then you must prepare again before you face Aragog.
Brilliant Event
For the Brilliant Event, this month is titled “An Imperfect Love.” Not surprising considering what usually happens in February. Part 1 starts February 9 at 2:00 PM ET and ends February 16 at 2:00 PM ET. For this event, wizards need to help the Ministry return Brilliant Foundables from the Brilliant Quidditch Changing Room. These include Quidditch Fan Hermione and Quidditch Keeper Ron.
Part 2, meanwhile, starts February 23 at 2:00 PM ET and runs through March 2 at 2:00 PM ET. From the locker room, wizards now go to Brilliant Malfoy Manor and return Brilliant Foundables, such as the Portrait of Bellatrix Lestrange and the Portrait of Voldemort.
Community Day
In the middle of it all is Community Day, which is the entire day of February 20 from 12:01 AM to 11:59 PM, local time. This month takes wizards to the Room of Requirement III where they need to look for the Time Turner and the Omnioculars.
