Fire Emblem Heroes released Book VI, which moves the story and has everyone track down the source of the mysterious darkness. There are new events available to celebrate the arrival of this new book.
Before we look into some of the events, let’s take a quick peek at the story. As mentioned, a mysterious darkness is plaguing a village in Askr. As the Order of Heroes investigates this phenomenon, they encounter Princess Veronica, who shares that something similar is happening over in Embla. Prince Alfonse and others have found the source of the darkness, which is the dragon Embla. Helping them is a new ally named Ash, a retainer to the Divine Dragon Askr.
Limited-Time Events
Here are some of the events that everyone can enjoy:
- Book VI Begins Log-In Bonus
- December 6 to December 20
- Get as much as 120 of each type of Dragonflower and 1,200 Divine Codes (Part 2).
- Book VI Begins Quests
- December 6 to December 20
- Quests that can be completed by clearing the story maps of Books I and VI, as well as other quests, are available.
- Clear to earn rewards like three Orbs, 1,800 Divine Codes (Part 2), 60 of each type of Dragonflower.
- Clear specific maps under certain conditions to earn two copies of the new 5-Star Hero, Miriel: Rapier Intellect.
- Miriel: Rapeir Intellect is summonable as 4-Star and 3-Star Hero in the Legendary Hero summoning event to be held at the end of this month.
- Book VI Castle Design: Closed-Off Castle
- All players receive a new Castle design.
Summoner Duels
As if getting a new story wasn’t enough, there’s also a new mode that everyone can enjoy. Dubbed as Summoner Duels, it has summoners pit against each other from around the world in synchronous one-on-one battles. There are three modes, which are:
- Favor Battles
- Players can build a team using their favorite Heroes and dispatch them.
- The Favor Level of the Hero you choose as your team captain will increase.
- Players can earn a Forma Soul, Dragonflowers, and more based on their level.
- Free Duel
- Players match up with specific players using passwords.
- Share a password with a friend and give it a try.
- Practice Duel
- Players can try out the new mode by going against an AI.
