Rockstar Newswire finally shared some new details regarding what's to come in GTA 5. Rad elements such as stunt races as well as new properties to pick up are among some of the headline grabbers. But wait, there's more: a new Double XP, Double GTA$ event for Time Trials Week started this Friday and will be available from Friday, May 6, through Thursday, May 12,
Here's the juicy part: renowned GTA 5 tipster and YouTuber MrBossFTW crunched some numbers that show a successful daily time trial will reward you with $100,000. This means that if a player were to complete one daily time trail every day until May 12, then the sum will translate to $700,000 over the course of the 2XP event week.
On one hand, the time trials are extremely brief and extremely easy compared to some of the more demanding missions or adversary modes. This means that most players will make a quick $100,000 without breaking a sweat. On the other hand, there's also the obvious limitation of just one time trial per day, which limits a player's ability to grind the mission for money (if there's an exploit, let us know in the comments!).
