'GTA 5' Lowriders Part 2 DLC Release Date Rumors: Slam Van And Sabre GT Teased Ahead Of 6 New Vehicles On March 15

A cryptic tweet from GTA 5 tipster @Yan2295 has stirred theory and speculation over the past week regarding what's to come for the next GTA Online DLC The tweet does not reveal much except for a series of numbers: "[12] 2 6 [3] 3 15."

But Yan's numbers are important. As speculators have expanded their skillset to include code breaking, GTA Forums member BenDeR_ posted this on Monday:

"As you may already know, Yan22 has been teasing an update which will be coming soon to GTA Online. It will feature 6 cars which already exist in-game, but now with the ability to be upgraded at Benny's," said BenDeR_. "The update is known by the community as "lowriders2", with a planned release date of March 15. But as things can change pretty quickly with R*, the date is subject to change, hence why Yan22 did not openly confirm it.

"So, here's the big deal: Yan22 is going to reveal 2 of the 6 cars which are coming with the update in 1 hour, so stay tuned to his Twitter account."

Like clockwork, Yan2295 did share a new tweet. However, it was more alphanumeric riddles.

So what is that supposed to mean? According to GTA tipster and YouTuber MrBossFTW, a unit conversion site will be able to reveal the words behind the code. Twitter user @SirGrandTh3ft broke the code pretty quickly and determined the three lines show the Sabre, Rat Loader, and Benny's Original Motorworks." Considering that Yan retweeted his post and added a smiling emoji, @SirGrandTh3ft probably got it right.

BenDeR_ also shared additional speculated details regarding the upcoming DLC: there may be new adversary modes coming with the GTA 5 Lowriders Part 2 update; new weapons including a double-barreled shotgun and a new assault rifle; and leaked images of the Sabre and the Slamvan. Other expected custom vehicles include the Slam Van, Minivan, Tornado, and Virgo.
