GTA Online shared a new update on Tuesday that introduces a brand new vehicle to Los Santos – the sleek and svelte Pfister 811. While long-time Grand Theft Auto fans are more than familiar with the iconic Pfister Comet, the new 811 represents the fictional make's first "supercar" offering.
Just as the Pfister Comet is an interpretation to the real-life Porsche 911 Turbo, the new Pfister supercar is an interpretation of Porsche's own supercar, the Porsche 918. As gorgeous as the Pfister 811 is, don't be so eager to take one from the showroom – GTA 5 tipster and YouTuber MrBossFTW warns that its handling and other characteristics are not up to par with other supercars. Sure, the top speed is great, but you'll encounter a corner eventually. On the other hand, the $1.135 million Pfister 811 is a bargain compared to the Grotti X80 Proto, Pegassi Osiris and Progen T20.
But wait, there's more! The latest GTA Online update also marks the Pfister 811 Week, which features Double GTA money and RP for all Street Racing Playlist 1 events. What's more, there are massive 40 percent off deals fo rthe Turreted Limo, Karin Technical as well as all masks.
Finally, Friday July 1 through July 4 marks the Independence Weekend Playlist. Welcome back the Libertor monster truck, Sovereign motorcycle, Firework Rocket Launcher and ammo, plus a slew of Independence Day patriotic apparel, which of course includes hats, T-shirts and more.
