After spending a weekend in the tropical Bahamas, Hearthstone streamer Trump has decided to take a Journey To Un’Goro to reveal the next insane Legendary.
Hemet, Jungle Hunter- So, this might be one of the weirdest cards from the new set. It destroys every card in your deck that costs three or less, no matter what it is. This card is a perfect fit for Trump, and it’s going to be a pretty good draw in Arena. Don’t want any of those Reliquary Seekers that you drafted a few too many of? Just play this Hunter lost in the jungle and you don’t have to worry about bad deck building again. Pulling Hemet when you actually need him won’t be easy, but there could be more cards in Un’Goro that make it worthwhile.
It doesn't seem to have any perfect / broken strategies right up front, but smart deck builders might be able to come up with some interesting stuff. I love it when Blizzard tries a new card with a completely insane deck nobody was expecting, instead of leading players to a specific deck archetype or build. Let the community find out ways to win that even the developers didn’t have in mind; this Hemet will surely lead to some weird decks.
I’m curious to see if you kill Murlocs with this Hemet , will they trigger for Anyfin Can Happen ? If they do trigger off the beast hunter, this card will make for some truly broken combos. Kill all your Bluegill Warriors and Murloc Warleaders and just wait for turn 10 when your OTK is complete without playing a single fish man.
