Following on the heels of last weekend’s Hitman closed beta for PS4, the Hitman beta for PC starts today at 11 AM EST.
Players can try out the game’s prologue in the Hitman closed beta. The Hitman prologue sets up some backstory on the player character, the newly-recruited Agent 47, and his first meeting with his new handler Diana Burnwood. She will go on to assign him contacts in the future. The beta’s training hits are free-form and serve as an introduction to the mechanics of Hitman . They can be replayed as often as you like.
The only way to guarantee access to the PC beta for Hitman is to preorder a digital copy of the game, so go ahead and set that up if you haven’t already. Here’s a link to the Hitman Steam page in case you don’t have the game in your library already.
The PC closed beta for Hitman ends on Feb. 22 at 11 AM EST, so make sure to get in there and make your killin’ time count.
Hitman launches officially on March 11 for Xbox One, PC and PS4. It will be an episodic title that includes the Prologue with the first chapter. For more about the decision to make the new Hitman fully episodic, check out our interview with IO Interactive here .
