It’s another big week for the For Honor community, with the game’s final pre-launch testing period kicking off on Thursday, and a new trailer for the upcoming multiplayer game offers what might be the closest look possible at For Honor’s combat.
We’re only a week removed from the For Honor closed beta but the folks at Ubisoft are already making preparations for one final round of testing before For Honor hits PC and consoles later this month. That testing begins on Feb. 9 and pre-loading is now available on all platforms, to ensure For Honor players don’t have to spend any portion of the beta downloading the game instead of playing it. And the good news is that even those with moderately strong network connections should be able to finish downloading the 27 GB build of For Honor being distributed for the upcoming open beta.
Elsewhere, Ubisoft published a short new trailer for the upcoming action game. And not your average “Here’s a few minutes of footage and a bad song cover” game trailer, either. This week’s For Honor promotional clip gives players a full 360° view of the battlefield during an evening encounter between the game’s three armies. The new For Honor trailer isn’t long, but it’s the sort of promotional material that hasn’t been possible until very recently.
For a closer look at For Honor, take a few minutes to check out the new 360° Trailer from Ubisoft. Then head down to the comments section and let us know if you’re planning to take part in this weekend’s For Honor open beta.
For Honor is in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game debuts Feb. 14.
