Guerilla Games and Sony recently released Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered. It is a way for fans to relive the experience but with significantly improved visuals.
The remastered version offers a variety of upgrades to the the base game. These include improved textures and lighting. Despite this, the game still offers the same content as the original, including the powerful Shield Weaver outfit.
You need to complete a set of tasks in order to acquire this particular piece of armor. This guide helps players learn what they need to do and where to go to unlock the Shield Weaver outfit.
How To Get the Shield Weaver Outfit
This particular armor can be acquired during the quest known as The Armory which tasks players with finding five Power Cells. This quest can be started when you find the Bunker where the Shield Weaver outfit itself is stored as well as the first Power Cell.
The areas that the Power Cells are hidden in can sometimes be easy to miss and are tied to the latter parts of the game.
The good thing is that you can go back to each of these locations and find the Power Cells if you missed them the first time, according to Game Rant.
Where To Find the Power Cells
First Power Cell
The first Power Cell that you will find is located in the storage area of the Shield Weaver outfit. This Bunker is the one that Aloy explored when she was younger and that players helped with during the game's prologue.
Adult Aloy now has a powerful spear that can destroy the ice crystals that are blocking her way going deeper into the Bunker. The good thing is that you can go back to this area and start the quest immediately after the prologue.
Second Power Cell
The next Power Cell that players can find is located inside All-Mother Mountain after the events of The Proving questline. After retrieving your stuff in the large room, go straight and not left towards Teersa.
This will lead you to the locked Bunker door that will have a bright red glowing hologram, you need to go to the left and look down to find a tunnel. If you crawl through it, you will find the Power Cell at the end, Games Radar said.
Third Power Cell
You will find the third Power Cell at the very top of the Faro skyscraper in Maker's End. Players should go up into Faro's office and get up to the platform at the bottom of the large strut that stretches upwards.
There are several handholds that you can grab onto the wall that will help you scale to the top, which is where the Power Cell can be found.
Fourth Power Cell
The fourth Power Cell is found at the Grave-Hoard and can only be acquired after you complete the three lock puzzles to open the doors of the Bunker. The Grave-Hoard quest will inevitably bring you in contact with the item that is beside a supply crate and some mushrooms.
Fifth Power Cell
The final Power Cell is found in GAIA Prime and can be collected during the quest known as The Mountain that Fell. You first need to progress the quest far enough until you see the task "Find the main blocker in the ruins."
You will then have to go down to the cable and go to the left of the cave to find a small wardrobe. The last Power Cell you need is found on the shelves of this wardrobe, according to NoobFeed.
The Shield Weaver Outfit
After getting all five Power Cells, return to the Bunker where the armor is located and you will be able to get it.
The first door can be opened with the code Up, Right, Down, Left, Up. You then insert the Power Cells and enter the code Right, Left, Up, Right, Left, to open the door to the armor.
