It’s League of Legends patch day and you know what that means: new skins! Just in time for the holiday season, Riot has three new skins ready for the Snowdown Showdown, League’s premier winter event. It also looks like that winter Summoner’s Rift that was teased over a month ago will be playable. It’s a joyous occasion for Braum, Karma and Graves. All three of the skins will cost 1350 RP.
The skins should be up on the PBE later today, but for now we can take a look at what’s coming. I didn’t think I’d need another Braum skin, but Riot just proved me wrong. Santa Braum is the coolest skin for the Frejlord’s nicest tank, now his shield is a fireplace and his projectiles are presents.
Snowday Graves couldn’t have his cigar, so they gave him something healthier instead. He now chews on a carrot, like Bugs Bunny in his recall animation, a joke on Riot’s part as to why Graves can’t have his cigar. Instead of a shotgun, he shoots a leafblower and his grenade canister is now a spinning penguin. I love writing about League sometimes.
Finally, there’s Snowday Karma, who is as elegant as ever. She’s dressed in similar attire to Snowdown Sivir and Syndra, baggy coat and all. She’s also got some new vfx on her abilities, turning them snowy and bright white.
Look for these skins on the PBE later today.
