A new Mafia 3 trailer shows off criminal underbelly New Bordeaux. This time, Lincoln Clay and his thugs are starting a war against the Marcano crime family's control over the city. Clay doesn't want the city – he wants it all.
The gameplay trailer shows off all the mob rackets you can dismantle in New Bordeaux. For established crime families, mob rackets was a method used to intimidate and gather revenue from people and local businesses. However, the same rackets are also a target for Clay to hit in order to weaken Sal Marcano's grip.
In the trailer, ex-CIA agent John Donovan is speaking before the Senate Select Committee and explains how Clay is breaking down the Marcano family's hold on New Bordeaux one branch at a time, all while building his own criminal empire. Clay can also speed up the process by teaming up with other gangsters that also want the Marcanos gone.
Set in New Bordeaux, a reimagined version of New Orleans in 1968, Mafia 3 is slated to arrive on PC, Xbox One and PS4 on Oct. 7. Check out the trailer!
