Novaria, the Starbreaker, is the latest hero in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. She is currently not on the original server though, so players who want to test her out must head to the advanced server.
Beta Patch 1.7.62 adds Novaria to the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang roster. This is a new mage hero capable of dishing out tons of damage from a long distance, making her quite difficult to beat unless players can get near her.
Her passive ability, Star Trail, marks enemies that are hit by any of her skills. Astral Spheres will detonate the marks on targets, dealing extra magic damage.
Astral Meteor is Novaria’s first active skill. Novaria summons a meteor that crashes into the targeted area, dealing damage and slowing enemies. What’s cool about this is that meteor fragments will continue raining down on enemies for additional magic damage.
Her second skill is known as Astral Recall. When activated, Novaria summons an Astral Sphere at a distance and pulls it to her, dealing magic damage to enemies in its path. While she has the sphere on her, she gains a slight movement speed boost and can move freely through walls as if there are no obstructions. Novaria can also launch the Astral Sphere in a targeted direction, dealing 300 magic damage plus up to 200% additional damage based on the sphere’s travel time.
And lastly, Novaria’s ultimate is called Astral Echo. She casts Astral Chains in a direction and these lock onto an enemy hero, dealing magic damage and revealing the area around them. The chained enemy will have their hitbox increased for a duration, which means that they can easily be targeted by attacks from Novaria and her allies.
Novaria is a pretty damaging hero but what makes her quite dangerous is that she can launch her abilities from a safe distance. Her kit makes her quite challenging to defeat unless she gets ganked or if her enemies possess some gap closers.
