Mr. Robot Season 2 is going to be lit, and USA is capitalizing. The network has approved two additional episodes for Mr. Robot Season 2 – 12 instead of 10. Look forward to a two-episode Mr. Robot Season 2 premiere with limited commercials. And, a new hour-long live after show called “Hacking Robot” will air immediately following, giving a behind-the-scenes look at the breakout series.

Mr. Robot Season 2 will pick up right after fsociety’s cyber-attack on Evil Corp, and Elliot’s (Rami Malek) first challenge will be recovering the memories he lost in the three days immediately following the hack. With the economic crisis at bay, and the pressures of leading a hacktivist revolution, how will Elliot deal with the mental torment? If he can’t discern what’s in his head (Christian Slater) from reality, Elliot’s bound to take us on a thrilling rollercoaster that’s even darker than the previous season.

There will be a few new faces in Mr. Robot Season 2. Grace Gummer plays Dominique "Dom" DiPierro, an FBI agent investigating the Evil Corp hack. Brooklyn emcee Joey Bada$$ and Craig Robinson will both play old friends of Elliot’s from the neighborhood.
