'NBA 2K17' November Roster Update Released With Patch Notes & 2 New Moments Cards

NBA 2K17 has a brand new roster update release for the month, and it offers new player ratings for all of the game’s teams. At the same time, a series of special Moments Cards just went live for MyTeam fanatics to collect. Operation Sports provides the patch notes.

In terms of the roster update, the full patch notes are below. Most teams were privy to tweaks that reflect real-world performance during the start of the 2016 season. For example, fledgling stars like Milwaukee Bucks guard Giannis Antetokounmpo got a sizable buff from 83 to 87.

Speaking of Antetokounmpo, he’s one of 2K’s two Moment Of The Month MyTeam Cards available now in League Packs. The specific card has an overall rating of 86, while the standard version sits at 79. With over 22 points, eight rebounds and six assists per game, he clearly lit it up for his team over the past 30 days. In addition to that, Sean Kilpatrick Jr. got a Moments Card stat boost too. The Brooklyn Nets shooting guard jumps from a 68 to 79 overall rating in the updated version.

This roster update comes hot off the heels of the 1.06 gameplay update release that fixed many of the game’s lingering mechanical issues. While several remain, these ratings tweaks attempt to offer an experience that mirrors what’s happening around the league. As with any roster update, it may be helpful to backup your save files to maintain existing progress in other modes.
