Heads up Pokémon GO trainers! A new Eggs-pedition Access is just around the corner. Starting February 1, trainers can but a ticket for the February Eggs-pedition Access. The Eggs-pedition Access comes with Timed Research opportunities along with bountiful bonuses that trainers can get their hands on like Incubators, increased Gift storage, and extra XP.
This being the final month of the Eggs-pedition Access, those who buy their tickets on the Pokémon GO Web Store get to unlock a set of avatar items that's inspired by the red Security Corps outfit from the Pokémon Legends: Arceus video game on Nintendo Switch.
As mentioned, the Eggs-pedition Access features new Timed Research which unlocks at the start of the month. Trainers have until the end of the month to finish the research tasks, which give trainers more chances to earn even more XP and Stardust. Then there are the encounters with Pokémon found in the Hisui region, like Gible, Togetic, and Hisuian Growlithe.
While the ticket for the Eggs-pedition Access: February can be purchased until February 27, it's always better to buy it earlier since it allows for more give opportunities when it comes to the additional bonuses that's included in the ticket.
Bonuses
The ticket is priced at $5 and once it's purchased trainers get access to these bonuses:
- One single-use Incubator awarded for the first PokéStop or Gym spin of the day.
- 3× XP awarded for the first catch of the day.
- 3× XP awarded for the first PokéStop or Gym spin of the day.
- Open up to 50 Gifts per day.
- Receive up to 150 Gifts per day from spinning PokéStop and Gym Photo Discs.
- Hold up to 40 Gifts in the Item Bag.
February Events
Aside from the Eggs-pedition Access, there's a lot of events happening in February. There's the February 2024 Community Day where Chansey is appearing more frequently in the wild. Trainers lucky enough may even get the chance to encounter a Shiny version.
Now the biggest event is the Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh – Global, which is on February 24 and February 25. Before that, all trainers are invited to be part of the Road to Sinnoh event which starts February 19 and runs until February 23.
