The OGA Dota PIT Minor 2019 is in full swing as eight Dota 2 teams fight for a slot at the upcoming MDL Disneyland Paris Major. After two days, Royal Never Give Up leads Group A, while Alliance ties with Majestic Esports for Group B.

The first match of the tournament featured RNG against Ninjas in Pyjamas. The first game took more than an hour, with NiP finally getting the win. The second game went to RNG despite a good showing by NiP. In the game, NiP had a strong start, but the scales would tilt to RNG by the end of the match.

In the second match of the first day, Boom ID surprised Gambit Esports and took the win. As it stands, RNG leads Group A with two wins, followed by NiP and Boom with one win and one loss each. Gambit has yet to win a match. The next game for Group A was NiP versus Boom and RNG against Gambit.

For Group B, Alliance won its first match against EHOME 2-0. The other two teams, Forward Gaming and Majestic eports, went the distance with Majestic eventually winning the match 2-1. In the first game, FG dominated the match and ended with 51 kills versus Alliance with 23 kills. Alliance, however, did not take the defeat sitting down. The group dominated the second game, giving only 4 kills to FG. For the third game, FG appeared to have the advantage, but Alliance secured the win by banking on Maximilian "qojqva" Brocker's Queen of Pain and Omar "Madara" Dabachach's Morphling.

With Majestic beating out EHOME, Group B has Alliance and Majestic with a 2-0 record and both FG and EHOME have a 0-2 record. Once again, EHOME appears to remain struggling in tournaments.

Day 3 of the tournament will have Alliance go against Majestic to determine who will lead Group B. On the other end, it will be FG versus EHOME.

Aside from the slot to the Disneyland Paris Major, the winner of this tournament receives $125,000 included the coveted 120 DPC Points.

Playoffs are scheduled for April 25 with the Grand Finals on April 28.
