The third season of Overwatch’s Competitive Play just ended, and hopefully you ended up with a rank you are happy with. I’m not going to say that my teammates dragged me down last season and that I should have deserved at least platinum. Instead I’m going to be positive like Winston and not rage IRL. There’s always a week lull between each season, so here’s the exact date and time the fourth season of Overwatch is going to start.
Season 4 of Overwatch will start on Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. EST.
There’s a blog post that’s still being finalized which will include all the changes coming in Season 4. We still aren’t sure if there will be changes to the ELO system, ranked placements or if previous season’s scores will affect where you end up. I’m hoping they wipe the slate clean and allow us to try again; I’m ready to hit Grandmaster.
This is going to be my season, I know it. I’m not going to tilt, feed the enemy team blindly or rage when my Bastion is set up in the corner of the first objective on Temple Of Anubis and just waits for the enemy to come through the door and wipe us all out before doing anything. I’m not going to get angry when that same guy switches over to Hanzo and walks in front of a Roadhog’s hook.
I’m going to be calm like Zenyatta when I play Overwatch , because if I keep putting holes in my walls my landlord won’t give me my deposit back.
