The Overwatch clone, Paladins, will be getting a closed beta on PS4 and Xbox One soon. This news comes from an announcement made by Hi-Rez on Steam.
“The worldwide response to Paladins has been incredible,” said Todd Harris, chief operating officer of Hi-Rez Studios, in the announcement. “It has been thrilling to see the game grow week-over-week since the Steam Open Beta began in mid-September, as well as to hear all of the player feedback, which we are constantly using to improve the game.”
While no firm date has been mentioned for the PS4 and Xbox One closed beta, Hi-Rez did mention it will be coming soon. An open beta is sure to follow the closed beta before the game is released in full. Paladins will also be coming to China soon through a partnership with Tencent.

While originally just for gamers in North America and Europe, Evie’s Winter Classic can now support competition from Oceania, Latin America, Brazil and Russia. Winners from each region will earn a $10,000 prize.
