We have more E3 news, this time for the place to be for all your PC gaming needs: PC Gamer’s PC Gaming Show at E3 2019. A month ago I reported a rundown of the developers, publishers and other industry leaders that will make an appearance at the E3 showcase, although this time around we have the list of games confirmed for the biggest gathering of PC gamers at E3.
The PC Gaming Showcase will air on June 10, at 1:00 p.m. EDT, and the event will be showcased live on PC Gamer’s Twitch channel. Here are some of the titles you can expect to be included in the big event. Of course, expect surprises during the show as well.
- Rebellion Developments will show off Evil Genius 2, the much-awaited sequel to the 2004 classic RTS/managerial sim title that allows you to become a supervillain. Rebellion will also reveal an unannounced game, which is rumored to be Zombie Army 4: Dead War, if rumors are to be believed.
- Developer Donkey Crew is bringing one of the most innovative titles in MMOs, Last Oasis. Expect some new footage to drop for the survival title, which is expected to hit Early Access on Steam soon.
- An RPG where you play as a shark? A very interesting premise, one that Tripwire Interactive hopes to bring to the mainstream eye with Maneater. Expect more details on the game’s development, which is set for release on Steam.
- Gearbox Software will take the stage to answer some questions about their upcoming title, Borderlands 3. The recent leaks that surfaced reveal the PC Gaming Show to be the event where the upcoming Borderlands 2 DLC will be announced, so keep a close eye out on Gearbox’s presentation.
- Paradox Interactive will have two titles to show, both upcoming: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 and Age of Wonders: Planetfall.
- Digital Extremes’ Rebecca Ford, the acting live ops and community director for Warframe, will also take the stage to give PC players a first look at the game’s upcoming expansion called Empyrean. Expect the full reveal for this expansion at this year’s TennoCon, to be held in July.
- Frontier is back with another sim title, this time abandoning roller coasters in favor of zoos. Planet Zoo will have its first-ever in-game trailer revealed at the event, so stay tuned if you’re a big fan of the developer and sim games in general.
- Samsung will also be at the PC Gaming Show this year to show off a brand-new gaming monitor.
- Chucklefish will show off an upcoming title that the company will be publishing, which is coming from a team of independent developers.
- More surprise from Fatshark, Funcom, Modus Games, Re-Logic, Annapurna Interactive, Raw Fury, Fellow Traveller and Coffee Stain Studios. Check out my previous coverage to see their titles there.
This list does not include some studios whose appearance will be a surprise. Be sure to check in with us after the PC Gaming Show for our full coverage of the event, and watch it with us live when it airs at PC Gamer’s Twitch channel.
