It has been a while since we have heard anything about A Plague Tale: Requiem. The game is supposed to launch this year on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch. For a while, everyone was silent about the game but that changed yesterday. The Collector’s Edition has been announced and the pre-order bonus has been revealed. Physical editions of the game can now be purchased as well.
Pre-Order Bonus
The pre-order bonus contains The Red Damsel Crossbow Skin, Bonus Crafting Materials, and 13 Exclusive cosmetics for Amicia. The bonus will be given to those who pre-order the game irrespective of edition or region. However, you will have to pre-order the game before December 30, 2022. The official release date is mentioned as December 31, but there is a good chance that it’s just a placeholder date.
Physical Pre-Order
You can now pre-order the game for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation via Focus Home Interactive website. Console players can pre-order both the Standard and Collector’s Editions, whereas PC players can only pre-order the Collector’s Edition.
The Standard Edition contains only the base game for $59.99, while the Collector’s Edition costs $189.99. Digital pre-orders are not live, so don't expect the pre-orders on Steam or Epic Games Store.
Collector’s Edition
The Collector’s Edition of A Plague Tale: Requiem might be expensive, but it does come with tons of physical goodies. Though, there are no extra digital goodies for the game.
You will receive a statue of Amicia and Hugo, a Hugo's Feather Brooch, a Vinyl of the OST, and three lithographs. More details about them are mentioned below:
