The Algae Generator is also a good way to increase oxygen levels and is considered an upgrade to the Vegetube. The main drawback to this is that all tiers of this structure need to be placed outside and not inside a building.
The Treed Spreader T3
Arguably the best way to increase oxygen levels in "The Planet Crafter" is by using the Tree Spreader T3. Players can unlock this after they reach Terraformation level 79.50 GTi.
It can produce 12,500 Oxygen per second as well as 680 Biomass while consuming 193 kW/s of Energy.
If you are looking to build the Tree Spreader T3, you will have to gather quite a bit of material in the overworld. These are one Super Alloy, one Bacteria Sample, one Tree Bark, two Fertilizer T2, and one Zeolite, Screen Rant said.
