Players can find a lot of materials and resources in "The Planet Crafter" that are required for some recipes and construction.
One example of these is the different varieties of ores that you can find throughout the world. These come in different rarity levels that signify just how hard they are to find. Some ores can be found early and are in abundance, while others are harder to find.
This guide focuses on helping players learn how to get Uranium, which is one of the more difficult ores to get in "The Planet Crafter." Rarer ores are needed more and more as you progress through the middle parts of the game and even more in the latter stages.
The resources you collect also decrease over time, so you should consider looking for alternative places and methods to gather them. Check out the different methods of getting Uranium here to see which ones you can reliably obtain a lot of this rare ore.
Getting Uranium From Crates
The first method of getting Uranium in "The Planet Crafter" is by finding blue-colored crates in various locations on the map. These can be found outside as well as inside different spaceship wrecks and underground bunkers, according to The Gamer.
Getting Uranium Through Meteor Events
Another method of getting Uranium in "The Planet Crafter" is through Meteor Events, which will require you to first construct a Launch Platform. In order to build this, your Terraformation Index must be at least 345 kTi.
You need the following materials to build the Launch Platform: three Super Alloys, three Titanium, and three Iron. After setting up the Launch Platform, it ascends to produce the Asteroids Attraction Rocket.
Launch the rocket using the red button to send a meteor shower that contains Uranium falling down. The main thing here is to avoid getting hit by the meteors and simply collect the Uranium ore that falls, Game Rant said.
Using Ore Extractors To Get Uranium
The third method of getting Uranium in "The Planet Crafter" is using an Ore Extractor and two specific coordinates. These are 586:35:-669 and 1782:22:1940. You have to have a T2 Ore Extractor or higher in order to get Uranium through this method.
This particular ore is one of the rarer resources you can find in the game, and there are only a handful of spawns where you can get it, according to Tech Raptor.
