People at Nintendo are making sure that this year is all about the gaming company. There's Nintendo Live 2023 happening this September but you won't have to wait that long because you're invited to be part of the Nintendo Summer of Play Tour and get the chance to know more about different Nintendo characters and their worlds.
From June 15 to August 28, Nintendo is going to travel across different cities around the U.S. and have guests explore the worlds created by Nintendo Switch games. Those who attend the event can enjoy these summer-themed activities:
- Join Mario and the gang and speed your way across the Rainbow Road in an exciting race in the Booster Course Pass DLC for the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
- Have a fun time with Tom Nook and Isabelle sitting by a campfire and taking a photo-op with Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
- Head over to an oversized garden and pose with curious plant-like creatures from the upcoming game Pikmin 4, which launches July 21.
- Don't forget to take a photo with Pikachu and other Pokémon featured in the Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet.
- Explore the great outdoors of the Kingdom of Hyrule with Link in the critically acclaimed action-adventure game The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
