This month, Valentine's Day isn't the only thing trainers have to be excited about. That's because Incarnate Forme Enamorus its official debut to Pokémon GO courtesy of Elite Raids.
Now before we go a little deeper into that, Elite Raids can be best described as a challenging variety of Raid Battle. These appear from special Raid Eggs which take 24 hours to hatch. Once the Raid Egg hatches, a Raid Boss appears for 30 minutes. The only catch is, if you can call it that, is that these Elite Raid Bosses can only be battled in-person.
Now going back to Incarnate Forme Enamorus, this Pokémon GO appears in Elite Raids on February 14 at these times:
- 12:00 p.m. (local time)
- 1:00 p.m. (local time)
- 5:00 p.m. (local time)
- 6:00 p.m. (local time)
Once trainers defeat Incarnate Forme Enamorus in an Elite Raid, they'll get the chance to to catch it. That's not all because once trainers complete an Elite Radi Battle against Incarnate Forme Enamorus, different Flying- and Fairy-type Pokémon are going to appear around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes. These are:
- Clefairy
- Jigglypuff
- Snubbull
- Taillow
- Woobat
- Emolga
- Rufflet
- Fletchling
- Spritzee
- Swirlix
Special Raid Day
There's no question that Incarnate Forme Enamorus making its appearance in the game is indeed exciting. However, even before that happens, trainers are invited to take part in the Hisuian Decidueye Raid Day, which is on February 11 from 2:00 p.m. (local time) to 5:00 p.m. (local time).
What's going to happen? Well, the Arrow Quill Pokémon Hisuian Decidueye is set to makes its debut in three-star raids. Trainers lucky enough may even get to encounter a Shiny version. Now during the event, trainers can enjoy these bonuses:
- Receive up to five additional free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs.
- The Remote Raid limit is increased to 20 on February 10 to February 11.
- Increased chance to encounter Shiny Hisuian Decidueye.
- Hisuian Decidueye appear more frequently in raids.
Now while the event is free, trainers can also buy a ticket, which is priced at $5, and get additional bonuses. These are:
- Eight additional Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs (for a daily total of 14).
- Increased chance to get Rare Candy XL from Raid Battles.
- 50% more XP from Raid Battles.
- 2× Stardust from Raid Battles.
These bonuses are effective on February 11 from 2:00 p.m. (local time) to 10:00 p.m. (local time).
