The latest update for Pokémon Go implemented some minor changes to the popular mobile game, but the good folks at Pokémon Go Hub have found coding hinting that Daily Quests may soon be coming to Pokémon Go.
According to Pokémon Go Hub, there are three lines of code in particular that show what players can expect if Daily Quests do show up in the mobile game, which you can see below.
The three lines of code suggest logging in daily and catching a specific type of Pokémon, which we presume will change every day, will complete the quest. The other two quests seem to be completed by going to the first Pokestop each day and catching your first Pokémon every day.
At the moment, what players will win by completing these daily tasks is not known. But it would make sense to give extra experience points or an increased amount of Stardust to trainers who log in every day and complete these tasks.
When Daily Quests in Pokémon G o will be implemented is not yet known. It should be pointed out that the trading feature has been found in the code of Pokémon Go for awhile now, but it still has not gone live; it may be some time before it does.
Currently, the Halloween event for Pokémon Go is live, allowing for certain Pokémon to be encountered more often as well as other bonuses for continued play.
So what do you think of Daily Quests coming to Pokémon Go ? Will it make you log in every day if you don’t already? Sound off in the comments section below.
