Alola Forms are a huge new feature in Pokémon Sun and Moon and while there have been quite a few already revealed, there are supposedly a lot more coming this November, if rumors and leaks are to be believed.

The biggest Sun and Moon leak has been the Chinese leak that showed off concept art of the starters final evolutions and as PokeJungle has documented, given clues to a number of aspects of Sun and Moon .

While nothing has been concrete or definitive like a lot of other rumors and leaks, the Chinese Riddler’s information continues to look reliable.

The latest Chinese Riddler leak teases a new Pokémon and the Alola Pokedex with possible Alola Forms. The Riddler’s latest clue showed the confirmed and (possibly soon to be confirmed) Pokémon with a picture of Aristotle in one of the slots.

Many believe the teased Aristotle refers to Type:Null, which was revealed earlier in the week.

But even more interesting are the sprites of older Pokémon that appear below the table. Take a look at the Chinese Riddler’s table below.

SPOILER ALERT! The following may potentially spoil some Sun and Moon elements. If you don’t want to be spoiled, turn back now.

The Pokémon sprites seem to signify the older Pokémon that will be added to the Alola Pokedex, but some are faded. PokeJungle seems to believe it signifies Alola Forms for those faded Pokémon. If it’s hard to tell who is faded, here’s a list of them below.

  • Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur

  • Voltorb, Electrode

  • Horsea, Seadra, Kingdra

  • Staryu, Starmie

  • Porygon, Porygon2, Porygon-Z

  • Gen II starters

  • Chinchou, Lanturn

  • Larvitar, Pupitar, Tyranitar

  • Spheal, Sealeo, Walrein

  • Axew, Fraxure, Haxorus

  • Hawlucha

It’s an interesting list, and the fact that they are not all Gen 1 Pokémon leads us to be skeptical. Also, the new Japanese Sun and Moon trailer actually shows normal Starmie, so perhaps this list isn’t about Alola Forms.

What if the faded Pokémon are a mix of Alola Forms and new Mega Evolutions? Luckily, the next Pokémon Sun and Moon information will drop Sept. 14 so these rumors/leaks will become more credible or fake as we learn more.

In the meantime, let us know your thoughts on this latest rumor in the comments section below.
