A boxed edition of PowerWash Simulator is scheduled for release on June 13. If you want to add something to your collection, you can now pre-order the physical format. This edition will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
While waiting for the boxed edition to arrive, players can look forward to a new update launching April 18. Titled The Muckingham Files, it's going to take everyone to places from the original universe of the base game that's never been seen before, with new characters, locations, and stories.
The New Update
Players should remember the mysterious Mauka Aitu Desert from the jobs in the base game. Here, they were asked to clean an ancient statue, an imposing monument, and an old steam train. This time, advanced technology is added to the mix like the Solar Water Plant and Satellite Dish. They can also expect more jobs.
The existing bonus jobs, meanwhile, have new stories as a supplement, though not continuing the main story. This should bring them in line with the Muckingham universe.
Roadmap 2023
Based on the 2023 roadmap, the upcoming update and boxed edition are coming out in the second quarter, along with a paid DLC. For Q3, another paid DLC is coming alongside free content and some exciting news. The year ends with yet another paid DLC and free seasonal content.
