A ton of information about Quantum Break has just been revealed by Microsoft, including the release date, the minimum and recommended PC specs, and a new trailer. Quantum Break will be releasing on both Xbox One and PC on April 5.

The trailer shows our hero, Jack Joyce, getting surrounded by police in a cemetery. Things seem bad as the cops close in and all sights are pointed on Joyce. At just the right moment, time freezes, and Joyce runs out of the path of fire. It’s pretty neat to watch if you have the time.

If you pre-order Quantum Break on Xbox One, be prepared for a whole host of freebies as well. According to Microsoft, those who pre-order for Xbox One will also be getting Quantum Break for Windows 10. Additionally, players can also expect a free copy of Alan Wake’s American Nightmare for Xbox 360. American Nightmare will be playable thanks to the Backward Compatibility program.

It should also be noted that Quantum Break will share save states between both Xbox One and PC, so you can play right where you left off on either platform.

If you want even MORE Quantum Break news, Major Nelson confirmed on his blog there will be a white Xbox One bundle available to promote the game upon release. The white bundle will retail for $349 and will be available starting March 29. It will also be available with black hardware if you prefer.
