Rainbow Six Siege Six Invitational 2021 is almost here and Spacestation Gaming has some great news for their fans. If you have been following Rainbow Six Siege esports, the fact that Troy "Canadian" Jaroslawski stated his retirement was a huge blow to the Spacestation Gaming members and fans. Canadian made this decision very close to the announcement of the Six Invitational, which made it hard for SSG to find a replacement. Since SSG could not get a new player because the transfer window is over, they decided to play it with Luke "Luke" Slota, who was the analyst, as a stand-in.
In the North American League, SSG only got seventh place due to roster issues. The same roster in that league was supposed to play for the upcoming Six Invitational. Unfortunately, Luke will not be attending the grand tourney in France because of his expired passport. The absence of Luke and Canadian at the dawn of the biggest event is a crippling strike on SSG. Knowing that, Canadian decided to come out of retirement after resetting his issues and will fight with SSG once again.
This change will make a huge difference for SSG as they are getting back their old captain who used to lead, support, and hype the team’s morale. While he still didn't have the same passion for the game as before, the chance for him to return back remains.
In the tweet below, the coach explains the issues and the return of Canadian.
The roster going to the Six Invitational includes Troy “Canadian” Jaroslawski, Dylan “Bosco” Bosco, Javier “ThinkingNade” Escamila, Nathanial “Rampy” Duvall, Alec “Fultz” Fultz, and their coach Justin “Lycan” Woods.
So, what are your thoughts on Canadian returning for the Six Invitational? Are you excited to see one of the oldest players return to bring back glory to SSG? Do you think Canadian has a shot at winning S.I after the long break? Whatever your thoughts may be, let us know in the comments below.
