Samsung released the Blue Coral Galaxy S7 Edge to carriers in November and now the handset is available on Amazon unlocked. Customers can purchase the shiny blue smartphone for $619.99.
The model being sold is an international model, which means it should work well on the GSM networks, AT&T and T-Mobile. The handset is currently in stock and can arrive between Dec. 21 and 28 if ordered soon with expedited shipping.
The Blue Coral Galaxy S7 Edge gets its color from the Galaxy Note 7, which introduced the color option in August, ahead of it ultimate demise. The Galaxy Note 7 borrows from the Galaxy S7 Edge, its dual-edge display, which made the S7 Edge take over the Blue Coral color option after the permanent discontinuation of the Galaxy Note 7.
In the wake of the Galaxy Note 7 recall, Samsung has also released a glossy “Black Pearl” Galaxy S7 Edge, with a finish similar to the Jet Black iPhone 7.
Other Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge colors include White Pearl, Black Onyx, Gold Platinum, Silver Titanium and Pink Gold.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge features a 5.5-inch Quad HD dual-edge display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chip, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage expandable up to 256GB, a 12-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera, a 3,600mAh battery and the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The smartphone is also available through Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint.
