Comic-Con 2016 is about to begin and with thousands of congoers ready to pack the convention center to the brim but there are tens of thousands of fans who are not able to attend. Well, thankfully many outlets over the last few years have begun to broadcast live from the convention and this year is no different.
Along with the usual suspects like Marvel Comics’ live activation, this will be the first year that Comic-Con HQ, the official partner of Comic-Con International, will be present and broadcasting live on its streaming site.

COMIC-CON HQ
The aforementioned official partner of Comic-Con International, Comic-Con HQ is a streaming service that will have hosts that welcome special guests from every corner of the industry.
Reporting live from outside activations around San Diego and reporting on breaking news as they happen. But even better is the service’s plan to upload panels shortly after they happen. The service is currently available on desktops, iOS and Android devices, Amazon and Roku.
We spoke to the EVP and GM of Comic-Con HQ, Seth Laderman about everything viewers should expect at San Diego this year, so check it out.
MARVEL COMICS
Marvel Comics returns to San Diego with its own live activation that promises special guests and looks at some exclusive content from the showfloor.
Comic book fans should expect plenty of Marvel creators to appear on the stream and you could expect some breaking news during this cast. Marvel’s SDCC livestream will air from 12:30pm to 9pm EDT (8pm EDT on Sunday) so there will be plenty of content.

SKYBOUND
Walking Dead creator, Robert Kirkhman’s Skybound imprint will be broadcasting live from the San Diego Convention Center on its Twitch channel this weekend.
Fans of the Walking Dead comic and Telltale Games series of games should check out this stream as the creators will show up.
Also, Skybound will be working with the Rett Syndrome Research Trust and 40% of all donations and proceeds from the stream will go directly to their cause so there’s a lot to like.
