Season 5 Moments
The Moments for the new Season celebrates the history of WRC by offering daily challenges. With the real world 2024 season already underway, Moments that are inspired by the rallies this season are going to be available in-game after each event. Here's a peek of what's going to happen for Season 5:
- Stay on Track (Spain)
- Players need to win this challenging asphalt event by a margin of at least 10 seconds.
- They'll also need to win without getting any mechanical damage.
- Sunny Sunbeam (Spain)
- Bring on the Talbot Sunbeam Lotus through its paces on the hot Spanish asphalt.
- The Right Tyres (Chile)
- This event in 2023 saw Oliver Solberg managed his tyres to perfection and obtain his second event win of the season.
- It was an an event where the ŠKODA Fabia RS Rally2 cars dominated the top three steps of the podium.
- Battle of Attrition (Greece)
- Back in 1983, the brutal nature of this abrasive and twisting rally resulted in a SS9 Renault driver becoming the last man standing in his class.
- However, a mechanical failure occurred and ultimately forced him to retire too.
- Roulette (Monte-Carlo)
- In 2016, this Peugeot driver suffered power steering issues and made it difficult to navigate the extremely slippery conditions.
- His resilience allowed him to battle back and finish in the top 10.
For those wondering, there won't be a patch accompanying this release. That's because the content was already added to the backend of the game with v1.8.0. So are you ready to race in the new season?
