EA has confirmed fans should not expect any Sims 4 announcements at Gamescom this week, but now fans have a huge leak to ponder before tomorrow’s closed Q&A panel with Sims producers Rachel Franklin and Lyndsay Pearson.
A fan site has leaked a screenshot of a listing posted on a Brazilian video game rating website that names the third Sims 4 expansion pack “Vida Na Cidade,” which roughly translates to “Life in the City” but could be also be something like “City Life,” or ‘“Living in the City.”
Looking back to The Sims 4: Backyard Stuff Pack released last month, EA may have purposely hinted at the next expansion pack by including two t-shirts with a cityscape design.
A survey released last year (via Sims Community) also describes a city-themed expansion with a new world named Metropolis.
Move into a bustling, modern city! Live in new apartments and penthouses eat food at carts and shop at street markets and immerse your sims in the different cultures of the city by exploring the many diverse neighbourhoods.
There have been more Stuff Packs released for The Sims 4 than Game Packs and Expansion Packs combined. Hopefully “Life in the City” is worth the wait.
