Remember Jasmine Holiday in the Spring Growfruit Challenge? She’s back for Triple Boost Week and here’s how it works.
What is Triple Boost?
Each boost allows a Sim’s skill, job, or school performance bar to progress 3x faster and last 6 game days. So if you don’t use career or skill cheats, you’re going to want to take advantage of Triple Boost Week before it ends at 1 p.m. on Aug. 29. When you first open The Sims 4 (after updating the game), you’ll be greeted with a splash page informing you of the event.
Where is Jasmine Holiday?
First, you’ll need to contact Jasmine Holiday. Find her in the local Community Garden or give her a call on your cell phone. If you called, wait for her to knock at your front door. Once she arrives, interact with her to prompt a window with two options. ‘Ask About Triple Boost Week’ will give you a brief summary about the skill and career boosts. You’ll want to choose the second option, ‘Request Boost.’ Depending on the Sim you choose, select ‘Skill,’ or ‘Job/School.’ Each Sim in your household can request a boost, but only one boost (either skill or job) can be enabled at one time.
You’ll notice either a ‘Skilling on Up (Happy +1)’ or ‘Getting Ahead (Happy +1)’ moodlet once Jasmine Holiday awards your Sim with a boost. Now, every time your Sim works on a skill such as cooking, they’ll level up three times faster. Good job performance will earn your Sim a promotion faster than ever before.
