‘The Sims 4’ Update Releases March 22: Harvest Growfruit, Hunt For Easter Eggs With ‘Sims’ Spring Challenge

SimGuruDrake recently debunked rumors The Sims 4 would see a restaurant-related Game Pack in March, however she did confirm a Sims update was in the works. The Sims 4 update, dubbed Spring Challenge , will allow Sims to go on an easter egg hunt and harvest “growfruit.” The Sims team describes the update as an in-game challenge that will only be available for one month.

A Sim named Jasmine Holiday is no random townie. Find Jasmine and spark up a conversation to be awarded a growfruit seed. Plant the seed and to grow a growfruit tree. When you successfully harvest 20 growfruit, bring them back to Jasmine Holiday and a new garden planter will be unlocked. If your growfuit were grown to absolute perfection, you’ll have access to an even fancier planter.

Just like last year, The Sims 4 will also conduct an easter egg hunt. If the challenge works the same as it did in 2015, then you’ll be awarded a stuffed bunny if you collect 10 decorative Easter eggs.
