It appears the upcoming content video contained a few easter eggs that you may have missed. DOTsim was the first to catch a hint. In the restaurant game pack portion of the video, a female Sim is sitting with the Tragic Clown (an easter egg released in the April 21 patch) and she’s rocking a male hairstyle.

SimGuruSarah also released a clue on Twitter earlier this week. In a now deleted tweet, she posted a picture of a male sim wearing a new female hairstyle and necklace. SimsVIP asked Sarah (via tweet) how this is possible and she responded, “ We can modify existing hairs to work on different ages/genders.We did it in TS3 too.”

The search for clues started when SimGuruTrev warned there is more to the 15-second teaser than meets the eye. SimGuruDrake also confirmed the video contains hints to patches that will release from now through June.

“I know people like to look through videos /images for additional hints at things so we thought it would be fun to sprinkle those in there to see who would notice what,” SimGuruDrake said in the forums.

If you look closely at the last seconds of the kids stuff pack portion, there may be another clue. Notice the shadow protruding from underneath the bed. It appears the child is playing with whatever ‘it’ is, which suggests the next patch or stuff pack will introduce imaginary friends.
