Skyrim: Definitive Edition, the rumored title for the rumored Skyrim remaster coming to PS4 and Xbox One, may have a rumored release date. If you couldn’t tell, this is all rumor and speculation at this point, so don’t think this is set in stone.
As found on the website base.com, a game listing for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim can be found, with a release date of Nov. 23. The listed price is £39.99, or roughly $60. No box art has been included for the listing.
This isn’t the first time we’ve heard about the potential Skyrim remastered edition. Previously, German website GamePro and Eurogamer both reported on sources confirming the game’s announcement at Bethesda’s E3 showcase on June 12.
Skyrim: Definitive Edition has been rumored to include the modding capabilities first shown off with Fallout 4 on Xbox One. Mods for Fallout 4 will be coming to PS4 soon, so the modding system should be nicely established for both consoles if Skyrim were to launch this November.
In addition to Skyrim on PS4 and Xbox One, Bethesda is rumored to be announcing a sequel to both Wolfenstein: The New Order and The Evil Within. We’ve heard previous rumblings of a Wolfenstein sequel, but a sequel to The Evil Within is pretty fresh news.
All of these rumors will finally be confirmed true or false at Bethesda’s E3 showcase, taking place June 12 in Los Angeles. The event will be live streamed if you can’t make it in person, so be sure to tune in at 10:00 p.m. EDT to find out everything.
