The second hotfix for Solasta: Crown of the Magister: Inner Strength DLC is now available on all platforms. This update brings improvements to the Dungeon Maker.

In Solasta: Crown of the Magister, players can create their own campaigns using the in-game Dungeon Maker. This feature is filled with a lot of different assets that can be found normally when playing, so those who want to make their own interpretation of the game can use any of them as they please.

Anyway, Inner Strength Hotfix 2 improves the Dungeon Maker. The developers have added many new NPCs that players can interact with, while duplicate monsters and NPCs have been removed, except for Gorillas and Bandits. The reason why they cannot be removed is that they both have a melee and range variant.

For bug fixes, the issue where monsters would sometimes use their ranged weapons to initiate a melee attack is resolved. Although this is a funny bug, it still needs to be fixed.

Speaking of issues, several bugs have been squashed in the core game as well. For instance, the problem where dragging and dropping items into the backpack would cause those items to be gone forever has been addressed.

Changelog

  • Fixed the nasty bug where some character values went completely haywire, sometimes granting 4 extra attacks per turn to your Barbarian and sometimes completely emptying your Monk's Ki points.
  • Fixed unlearning a Warlock Invocation during level up in multiplayer deleting that invocation instead of replacing it with another one.
    • Note: We're working on a fix to have the missing invocations refunded in a future patch.
  • Fixed High Elves Bards not being able to cast spells as Ritual. Ritual Casting is no longer a racist feature.
  • Fixed Dwarven War Drums, Flute of Respite, and Horn of Blasting not being considered Music Instruments (they were in the murder weapons category instead)
  • Changed Sash of Transmutation so that it now has 2 charges per short rest, and each use costs 1 charge. Also fixed its icon.
  • Fixed the Shield reaction sometimes triggering even if +5 AC wouldn't save you from taking a hit.
  • Fixed the Body Slider being removed by mistake for Elves and Half-Elves
  • Fixed monsters taking way too damn long to wake up when taking damage at the start of the turn while asleep.
  • Dragonborns' tails should no longer be 100% synchronized during cutscenes.
  • Fixed damage-based reaction spells and powers not triggering when absorbed by Temporary Hit Points.
