Have you played any of the single-player modes in Star Wars Battlefront? If so, you probably noticed that each level has five collectibles hidden across it. They look like diamonds, are white, and can be found lazily spinning in mid air like the power-ups you can find in any game mode. With three game modes, four maps in each game mode, and five collectibles on each map, that brings it to a total of 60 different collectibles. Let's get started:
Survival Mode
Survival Mode is probably the easiest Star Wars Battlefront mode to get the collectibles on. You have plenty of down time between rounds to explore and dig for these treasures. Here's where you can find all 20 collectibles in this game mode:
Hoth
Three of these are around the fringes of the map, while the other two are right in the main hangar. Let's deal with the hangar ones first.
- The first one can be found by walking towards the opening of the hangar. When you see the X-Wing on your left and Snowspeeder on your right, take a left into the side room of the hangar. From here, go back to the wall and find the first one hidden behind boxes
- From the first one, cross back through the hangar to the other side room. Find the second collectible hiding behind barrels
The other three are most easily found by walking as close to the edge of the map as you can.
- From the starting position, first turn around. Now find a small tunnel partially concealed away. Go in and take the first left you can. You'll come up in a dead-end room with a collectible in it
- Go back in that partially concealed tunnel, and go straight instead. You'll come up in a medical facility. Enter the door here to find the fourth collectible hidden in the medical facility room
- For the last one, go outside the main hangar door. There will be a tunnel leading back in on the right. Go down here and keep to the edge of the map to find the last collectible
Endor
- First, find the river that runs in front of the Ewok village, and take it West to find a waterfall. In front of the waterfall, take a left and hug the border of the map. The first one should be right here
- Keep walking along the border of the map to find a hollowed out log. Run through it and you'll see the collectible on the other side
- Now find a waterfall in the Northeast-ish corner of the map. When facing it, turn right and walk along the rock edge to get the collectible
- Find the waterfall by the fallen AT-AT walker. When facing it, go left to find a small secluded area with the collectible
- When facing the Imperial shuttle, look to the left to see two big tanks. Keep going past them into the trees and you'll find the last collectible
Sullust
- The first collectible is on the Imperial transport, hidden between the folded up wing and the body of the ship
- Go out of the hangar and take an immediate left. Walk along the wall until you see the collectible hiding on the left
- Go out of the hangar and take an immediate right. Walk along the rock wall until you see the collectible hiding on the right
- When exiting the hangar, take the ramp down that's on the left. Keep going until you get to a set of stairs. Take these down and you'll see a bridge in front of you. At the base of the bridge on the right is a collectible
- The last one is the hardest to get. Go as far away from the hangar as you can get, and you should see this guy floating above a huge lava pit. Have your jetpack ready
Tatooine
Note: You will need the jetpack to get four of the five collectibles on this map.
- There's a small cave-like structure under the Imperial transport. Look in here for the only on-land collectible
- Floating in basically the middle of the map, climb some cliffs to get enough height to jetpack into this one
- There are three big ropes that all join up in one central point. Above this point is a collectible
- Go behind the big ridge to see this collectible floating around. It should be by where you can see the Imperial Star Destroyer in the background
- Pretty much right above your head when you start, floating high above the huts
Battle Mode
Battle mode is a little tricky to get all of the collectibles on, seeing as how you are constantly getting shot at. Act fast to find all 20 of these collectibles.
Hoth
- The first one is hidden behind some rocks by the Imperial transport fueling station
- A collectible is located on the top of a tall hill towards the east side of the map
- In the northeast corner, you'll find a small Rebel tent-like structure. Look above it on the cliffs for a collectible
- Enter the caves from the south, and you should find a collectible on the left right by a glowing stick light thing
- The last one is really tricky to find. It's above a tunnel entrance to the south, hidden behind rocks
Endor
- Look for a hollowed out log in the southeast corner of the map, it's around there
- Head all the way southwest as you can, then turn around. It shouldn't be too hard to find from there
- Go behind the shuttle landing bay to find a big tank. Look behind the tank to find a collectible
- In the east side of the base on the second floor. This collectible is close to a set of stairs
- The last one is located on the second floor of the base on the west side. Look behind the desks in the command center
Sullust
- The first one is very easy to find, hiding behind some boxes at the feet of the AT-AT walkers
- Speaking of the AT-ATs, a collectible can be found ON the western AT-AT
- If you are in the hangar, go all the way to the left side of the hangar door to find a collectible on the ground
- Exit the hangar and turn right. You'll see a collectible on top of a concrete wall outside
- The last collectible is found inside the base. On the ground floor, run back into a room filled with consoles. Look around the desks to find the last collectible
Tatooine
- The first collectible is located under the big ship in the middle of the map. Look behind a few boxes to find this easy collectible
- Speaking of that ship, the second collectible is located on top of the ship. Use a jetpack to boost yourself up to get it
- The third collectible is on the sand barge to the north of the map
- The fourth collectible is by the sand barge. Find a weird snake skeleton thing. It's hiding around the bones
- The last collectible for this map can be found on top of a tarp. Climb the stairs in the south, then hop over a railing to land on some tarp
Hero Battles
While these are on the same map as the Battles collectibles, the locations have been changed slightly. If you're just going for collectibles, I recommend using Boba Fett, as his jetpack makes getting all 20 of these collectibles much easier.
Hoth
- A collectible is found on the hill next to the Imperial shuttle fueling station
- One can be found on the really tall hill towards the south of the map
- Go as far as you can to the northwest. You'll end up on the top of a tall hill and should be able to get this collectible easy
- Go to the fueling station and enter the caves. Keep going straight until you see this collectible by a stationary gun turret
- Look along the ridge where the TIE Fighter crash site is, this hard-to-spot collectible is above the burning wreckage
Endor
- The first one is on the front-most Imperial transport, hidden between the wing and the body of the ship
- Find the hollowed-out log on the southeast end of the map by the landing area. This collectible is on top of the log
- Get to the crazy generator room in the back and hop along the generator ledges to get this collectible (pro-tip: Use Boba Fett)
- Get to the little balcony all the way on the back end of the second floor of the west side of the map. You should see it floating just out of reach
- Find the door outlined in black and yellow at the front of the map on the west side. Don't go in, but stand in front of the door and look up and to the left. The collectible is up there
Sullust
- The first one is found on the head of one of the AT-AT walkers
- Found high up on two stacked shipping containers along the back wall of the hangar
- Once you exit the hangar, take a left. You'll find a collectible on the top of the second concrete structure jutting out of the wall
- Go to the back wall of the hangar and find a door on the bottom floor all the way at the left-hand side. Go down here to find a collectible
- If you're in the hangar looking out, go to the left-hand wall to find the last collectible hiding behind some small crates
Tatooine
- The first one here is located UNDER the sand barge
- Use Boba Fett to get the floating collectible above the Sarlacc pit
- Again, use Boba Fett to fly on top of the main ship in the map to find this collectible
- This collectible is found in a crate pretty much under the nose of the big ship on the map. You may have to jump a lot to see it
- The last one is kind of tricky. It's hidden in a group of crates that's just about under the engines of the big ship on the map
So there are the locations for all 60 collectibles in the single-player campaign of Star Wars Battlefront. What do you think? Will you go out and find all of them now that you know where they are? Will you be spending all of your time on multiplayer instead? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
