Everybody knows that Spider-man is going to be in Captain America: Civil War . Gasps were heard around the internet when the last trailer for Cap came out, showing the wall-crawler grabbing Captain America’s shield. Parents will tell their kids where they were when they saw Spider-man in the shared Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Some people have already seen the movie, and have given it positive reviews . The movie might be good but what we really want to know is how much Spider-man are we going to get on screen? Mike Sampson of Screencrush was asked on Twitter and he delivered.
The comic book storyline of Civil War used Spider-man nearly as much as Captain America or Iron Man. Peter Parker flip flops from shell head's side to Cap’s side, doing whatever he needs to do to protect his family. Thirty minutes of screen time is enough to tell the interesting side of his story while leaving out the parts of Spidey revealing his secret identity to the public.
I’m hoping for at least one costume change though, the Iron Spider was the best thing to come out of the atrocity that was the Civil War comic book.
