Ubisoft is cracking down on cheaters and have responded with some very quick patches for The Division to counter any reports of glitches and exploits. When players discovered the Mobile Cover glitch to create a Falcon Lost Incursion exploit just hours after The Division 1.1 update went online, the team scrambled a patch in approximately 24 hours. However, when there is a will, there is a way: YouTuber Daryus P shared an alternative glitch for Falcon Lost yesterday.
As Daryus P demonstrated in this revised The Division Falcon Lost glitch, instead of glitching through the wall on the second floor, simply enter the room to identify the APC target and then run back out (all the way out) and leave the building. Next, navigate through two fences via Mobile Cover until you reach the outside wall of the facility that separates you from the APC. The exploit not only effectively uses the Mobile Cover glitch, but also uses the sticky bomb ability as well. Simply aim at the APC icon and shoot through the wall and watch as the damage counter indicates that you are indeed chipping away at it. Once you've downed the APC, Daryus P explains that all that's left to do is "go back around and pick your stuff up. It's just that easy."
It's a highly effective glitch when done right, but the comments on the video suggests that a lot of patience is involved. The Mobile Covers can be finnicky and will require a little patience to set it down just right so that you can phase through the fences.
There are a couple other things to note as well. Firstly, Ubisoft has warned cheaters in The Division that the first offense will result in a 3-day ban. A second offense will result in a permaban. Be sure to use this glitch at your own discretion and note that since there are videos of the glitch online, it's only a matter of time before the team at Ubisoft issues a patch for this too.
