Publisher Digerati and developer Open House Games have officially confirmed an August 19 release date for A Tale of Paper: Refolded on Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, GOG, and Humble Store. A Tale of Paper: Refolded will also see a release on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5, but not until later this 2022. As a direct remaster, A Tale of Paper: Refolded features several enhancements over the original, including three new prequel chapters starring a new character, with this character also sporting new abilities. With these new abilities, face new challenges and discover a whole new story set in A Tale of Paper: Refolded.
A Tale of Paper: Refolded is a puzzle platformer starring a transforming piece of paper called Line. Line’s story unfolds in a mostly textless narrative, whose tale is wrapped in challenges across a beautifully crafted world. Line can transform into seven different forms, each with its own positives and negatives; Line can be a high-jumping frog, a floating paper plane, and more.
