New promotional media for Tekken 7 is out this week, for the first time since the game’s Tokyo Game Show appearance last month, and it turns out Bandai Namco still isn’t finished adding new characters to Tekken 7: Fated Retribution before it hits PC and consoles next year.
The new Tekken 7 trailer popped up over the weekend, courtesy of Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe’s YouTube channel, featuring the latest addition to the growing Tekken 7 roster. Miguel Caballero Rojo, the Spanish brawler introduced in Tekken 6, will return to the King of Iron Fist tournament next year. Like many characters on the Tekken 7 roster, Rojo has his own motivations for taking part in the Mishima family’s last battle: the quest to avenge his slain sister. And revenge can be a powerful motivator.
The new footage is relatively limited in scope. We get to see a large selection of Miguel’s move list, along with a bit of trash talk, but the trailer only includes footage of Rojo facing off against the youngest member of the Mishima family, Jin Kazama. Then again, we probably shouldn’t expect much more from the announcement trailer for the latest member of the Tekken 7 roster.

Tekken 7 is in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game is scheduled to debut in early 2017.
