A brand-new Umbrella Corps trailer got released on Tuesday, sharing new details of the anticipated Resident Evil spin-off shooter by Capcom.
While Umbrella Corps is a significant departure from the Resident Evil franchise both gameplay and style-wise, the upcoming game still sticks to its roots– the Raccoon City and RPD Police Station maps are based off the iconic Resident Evil 2.
"Raccoon City and RE2's RPD building are the two latest maps announced for Umbrella Corps, an intense online shooter set in the RE universe," read the video description.
The Raccoon City map features a mixture of wide streets as well as claustrophobic sewers. Depending on the situation, players could find cover behind vehicles or find a detour underground to flank enemies.
The RPD building is infested. Various barricades around the station's halls were likely the final attempts to contain the situation. Close-proximity encounters make the map especially deadly.
Finally, the trailer also shares new details regarding an Upgrade Pack featuring more characters, including Wesker. A pre-order bonus also features a Fashion Victim set, which features different paint skins for outfits.
