After numerous delays, including the replacement of head writer Amy Hennig and the complete rewrite of the storyline, Naughty Dog announced last month that the Uncharted 4 release date will be pushed back to May 10. Due to the multiple delays, fans have been half hopeful, yet half prepared for the possibility that Naughty Dog could announce further holdup. Everyone can breathe easy now: Uncharted 4 and The Last of Us co-director and writer Neil Druckmann finally revealed on Twitter that Uncharted 4 is complete.
The first image featured Druckmann's own copy of the game. What's more, Naughty Dog followed up with a picture of Uncharted 4 being installed on the PS4 console. However, does this mean that Naughty Dog could technically revert its Uncharted 4 release date to April 26? Well, not exactly, given the studio is most likely working around the clock now to finish up with the game's day-one patches and bug fixes.
